About the Role

Baker Tilly Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Consultant Our Mergers and Acquisitions practice works with owners and

investors to help structure transactions, ease their tax burden and quantify tax exposures in a wide range of business

transactions, including buy-side and sell-side, restructuring, taxable and tax-free transactions. We provide our clients

with tax due diligence, tax structuring, quantitative tax modeling services, transaction agreement review and

consultation and tax technical support. Assist Managers and Partners in engagement management of clients, conducting

financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries Work directly with client leaders and
