About the Role
Dispatcher Position Powers Plumbing is looking for a dispatcher to join our team in our Mission Hills, San Diego office.
This person will work to support the daily customer service and operations of the office. Field inbound communications -
Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed. Liaise with visitors
- Act as point person for office walk in customers. Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new
processes, rules and regulations. Facilitate executive-level operations - Book travel and send communications for
high-level staff as needed. The candidate must be willing to be remotely on call for scheduling emergencies some
