About the Role

Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic Duties You will independently perform the full range of aircraft sheet metal mechanic

duties, including the most complex repairs and fabrications on various aircraft types. You will analyze and troubleshoot

aircraft metal structures and components to determine repair or replacement needs. You will develop solutions for

complex metal fabrication, repair, and modification issues. You will perform specialized work in aircraft systems that

require advanced sheet metal skills, including hole-quality, cold working, and layout and design. US Department of War
