About the Role

Production Machine Operator Summary The Production machine operator is responsible for producing the product according

to specifications to include machine start up procedures, line speed adjustments, material checks and quality standards

in every product we make. The machine operator is responsible for tracking waste, reporting machine issues, participates

in team huddles, the CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate) process, and helps drive improvement within the production team.
