About the Role
Shipping Clerk The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outbound and inbound shipments to
ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of goods. This role supports warehouse and logistics operations through
shipment tracking, documentation, and communication with carriers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and process shipping documents, including BOLs, labels, and manifests Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments
with carriers and warehouse staff Verify shipment accuracy and maintain shipping records Schedule pickups and deliveries
as needed Track shipments and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays Communicate with customers, carriers, and
