About the Role

Substitute Teacher Position A substitute employee is an individual hired with the understanding that his/her association

with the Adelanto Elementary School District will be on a substitute basis, as needed, because of the absence of a

permanent or probationary employee. Complete and submit EdJoin application. Required documents include proof of HS

graduation, two letters of recommendation, TO1, current H6 DMV printout less than 30 days old, current Class B

California Driver's License, valid School Bus Certificate with a Bus Passenger endorsement, and valid medical

certificate. Current First Aid and CPR certificate from an agency approved by the California Highway Patrol is also
