Substitute Bus Operator

About the Role

Special School Bus Driver Verification of high school graduation or equivalency must be submitted with application.

Valid California Class B driver's license with a passenger and school bus endorsement, a good driving record and the

ability to maintain insurability under the District's vehicle insurance policy. A valid Special School Bus Driver's

Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol. Possession of a Standard American Red Cross First Aid Certificate

or Special Bus Driver Certificate without restriction 6. California Highway Patrol First Aid Test waived must comply

with 12522 (c) V.Incumbents are required to pass a Department of Transportation biannual physical examination. Training
