About the Role
Substitute Warehouse Worker California DMV print-out dated within the last 30 days, will be required upon hire. San
Diego County Food Handler's Card required within 6 months of hire. A standard of employment for a substitute warehouse
worker is the ability to be reliable in attendance, punctuality, and follow through. Grounds for termination as a
substitute warehouse worker include, but are not limited to, two cancellations of previously accepted assignments less
than 24 hours prior to the start of the assignment, and/or failure to accept an assignment within a six month period. A
substitute employee regardless of whether hired for day-to-day work or long-term temporary assignment - is an "at will"
