Trailer/reefer Mechanic Swing Shift

About the Role

To be a successful Trailer/Reefer Technician I you will need: Approach work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset

and serving as an example of living our Producers Dairy purpose and core values. Conduct activities in a safe manner,

following company safety guidelines and requirements and proactively addresses any unsafe conditions observed. Determine

nature of needed repairs for company tractors and trailers through accurate troubleshooting. Work with the fleet

supervisor to properly prioritize work and complete within appropriate timelines. Adjust valves according to

specifications and charge system with proper type of refrigerant by pumping the specified gas or fluid into the system.
