About the Role
Overview Amentum is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Hawthorne, Nevada to support the Hawthorne Army
Depot. As an Automotive Mechanic you will maintain pipe/steam systems, including install, repair, maintain, and replace
water/steam lines, valves, radiators, heaters, storage and condensate tanks, steam traps, control valves, fittings,
expansion joints and steam pressure systems. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note:
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Typical Responsibilities Disassemble and examine parts to
determine level of repairs or parts replacement needed. Prepare a checklist of all defects to be repaired and initiate
