About the Role

Parking Attendant The Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center Guest Services Representative is the initial

interaction our guests have at our facilities, and as such must provide excellent customer service and exceed our

guests' expectations. The Parking Attendants are responsible for providing parking instructions/guidance/assistance to

guest as they arrive. Allow or disallow access into lots. Provide guest with directions and other venue information. Act

upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner. Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space

usage is maximized. Direct motorist to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
