About the Role
At Spring Labs, we are building the AI-native work automation platform for compliance and customer operations teams in
financial services. Our products help banks and fintechs automate complex workflows, from customer disputes to
regulatory complaints, while maintaining the reliability, auditability, and control required in regulated environments.
We're looking for a Product Builder who can take ownership of products from idea to production. This is not a
traditional PM role focused on roadmaps, meetings, and ticket management. We want someone who can deeply understand
customer workflows, think from first principles, design intuitive user experiences, rapidly prototype solutions, and
