you'll assemble and inspect small, high‐precision components using specialized tools and microscopes in a quality‐driven

manufacturing environment. No optics experience? No problem — we'll train the right person with strong focus, steady

hands, and a passion for quality work. What You Will Do: Assemble small precision components and lens elements using

hand tools and microscopes Perform visual and gauged inspections to ensure strict quality standards Use tools such as

calipers to verify measurements and tolerances Read and interpret mechanical drawings to confirm specifications Document
