Travel Percentage Negligible This position is primarily responsible for fabricating, fitting, and repairing steel

equipment components. Sets up and operates all welding equipment to construct parts from components. Measures and

inspects all parts to ensure conformity to engineering specifications and quality standards. Supports company objectives

by using skills whenever needed to help meet metal shop production goals. Assists and trains others in development of

skills and adherence to quality standards, when requested by supervisor. Helps maintain inventory of materials and
