About the Role

Welder Fitter The Welder Fitter performs TIG and MIG welding on a variety of assemblies, supports a journeyman welder

with fit-up and fabrication, and works from blueprints to produce high-quality welded components. This role operates in

a hands-on fabrication environment, using fixtures and hand tools to weld and assemble parts made from exotic materials

and various thicknesses. The position is based on-site in El Cajon, CA, four days per week. Open Shifts First shift

schedule 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs) Second shift schedule 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM(Mon-Thurs) Weekend schedule, 5:00 AM to
