drive dump trucks, 800 series heat patch trucks, crack seal trucks, 811 series refuse packer trucks, 6300 series refuse
packer trucks, and 9000 series five-cubic yard dump trucks equipped with a front-end loader, 803 series eight-cubic yard
dump trucks or drive vehicles which tow trailers with a manufactured gross vehicle weight of less than 10,000 pounds;
